  20. If you *must* download everything first then read instead of pick and choose then you
  21. are using a poorly written newsreader.  Time to install a reader that can scan only headers
  22. and you pick what you want.  If you are running on an Amiga/UNIX/PC etc. I can either
  23. find one for you or point you in the right direction to obtain one. There is absolutely no
  24. reason today why a news reader must download all messages first before you can do anything
  25. with them except for poor and sloppy programming or at best beginner programming.
